An unbuilt single-family home in the Sunnyside Neighborhood;  positioned to take advantage of commanding views that the site offers.  The views sweep from the box canyon peaks above the town of Telluride to the east, over the ski runs of Mountain Village to the south, and finally land on Wilson and Sunshine peaks to the west.

LIBERTY BELL LANE

Located directly below the historic Liberty Bell Mill site in the Idarado Legacy development, the homesite consisted of an existing historic stone building that served as a coal house and assayers office for the Liberty Bell Mill throughout the early 1900s.  The renovation focused on respecting the historic form and facades of the existing building while creating an updated contemporary family home.  The north addition and garage were simple and subdued in order to maintain the heirarchy of the stone form.
